Check-in from 2pm onward
Check-out by 10am
Early check-in and late check-out available on request

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before arrival date, you will not be charged.
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before arrival date, you will be charged the cost of one night’s accommodation.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before arrival date, or if you don’t arrive, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation.
Any booked nights cancelled after check-in will be charged.

Cancellation policies over Christmas and New Year and for events like Ironman and Cycle Challenge may differ from those above: please check with us when you book.
