Cancellations
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before arrival date, you will not be charged.
All advanced short or long term payments received. Are Not Refundable.
All payments require Credit Card and Photo ID on arrival.
Please not that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before arrival date, or if you don’t arrive, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation.
Any booked nights cancelled after check-in will be charged.
Cancellation policies over Christmas and New Year and for events like Ironman and Cycle Challenge may differ from those above: please check with us when you book.
